Seamus

Seamus is a the new kid with a sordid past that he doesn't like to talk about. Seamus came to rescue from the Rio Rancho shelter where he had been adopted from and returned. He was going to be euthanized for bite history, but the shelter staff and a volunteer advocated hard for him and a foster said, "Yes." Even with that past, Seamus is very cuddly and enjoys hanging out on the sofa, preferably under blankets or cuddled up against you. He is potty trained and crate trained and will do anything for a cookie. Seamus does not like to be surprised and it is important to ask for his permission before picking him up. His foster is happy to show any interested adopters how to keep Seamus happy, of course! Seamus loves walks, and would do best in a home with no children - their fast movements frighten him - and maybe with one or two people who he can bond to. He's fine with other dogs, but would be perfectly happy to soak up all the love on his own as well. Adopt Seamus today!
